my friend applied for an H1B 5/01. RFE issued 9/01. replied to RFE 10/01. since then no word from INS. she\'s been following up her case for several months now and finally INS found her application. as of June 18, 2002 another RFE was issued. any thoughts on what could be going on and what to do next? her case has been pending for over a year now.
