Received FP notice

Hi,

I & my wife have received my FP notice.
FP ND: 02 Aug 2004.
Interview date: 18 Aug 2004. (both same date & time)
Updated 2004 xls sheet.
Concurrent filing (NSC)
RD: 30 July 2004
ND: 08 Aug 2004.
Waiting for EAD & AP.

My passport has been sent for H1 B stamping to St.Louis. But FP notice letter talking about I must have to have a passport to get FP. Could you please tell whether I have to have my Passport in order to get FP or Driver license is ok.

I think, neo_rags overrided GCNSC2004's FP info. I updated the sheet with GCNSC2004's FP info again. It would be better if everyone else check the sheet to verify their info is not lost.

Looks like, in terms of filing date for I-140 (other than Octfiler), I am the SENIOR amongst all of you, so why don't you all pray for my approval? :D

Remeber, USCIS criteria: First come first serve!
 
Ah! so now you want to extend the concept of RD to prayer too?? Could you not find anyone better than the BCIS to be your mentor in life?? Ok, we will pray for you first but dont blame us if my prayers are answered first !!! :)

i think once they do get to EB2s your case should be one of the first ones to approve because you are around their current processing dates and i wish that happens soon because i am eb2 too and i have a rd of feb 2004. all the best.

Applied 140/485/EAD/AP for both myself and wife
RD : 26th July 2004
ND : 29th July 2004
Dont know whether EB3 or EB2- will update this info after talking to my attorney
 
I am trying to decided to whether go with concurent or consulate.
I look at the excel tracker. Here is my question: What is that EAD and AP?
 
EAD is Employment Authorization Document which is a work permit for you to be able to work at will while your I485 is in process.

AP is Advance Payroll which can be used travel out of the country while your I485 is in process.

Early FP done in San Jose.

Hi all,

My FP done early (07 Aug 2004) at San Jose.

FP Experience:
Reached INS office by 1.50 PM on Saturday. Requested Security & he agreed. There was only 4 to 5 families to get FP. Once filled form, one officer was took me for FP. Shown driver license. Cameout by 2.10 PM. It was very cool.

If anybody wants to go fot FP, good to go on Saturdays.
