2003 Filers 485 pending Track

I know there are lots of 2003 cases been cleared by the end of 2004, but there are still some unlucky guys left.

Let's track it, and see when TSC will work on 2003 485 cases.

I140/485 (EB2): RD: 12/16/2003
I140 AD: 12/15/2004
FP: Sep. 2004
Name check: cleared
485 AD: ???

I'm one of those 2003 unlucky filers I guess..
See my detalis. The uncertainty is driving me crazy...
 
mvusa, I understand your frustration. The end of last year I saw many 2003 140/485 concurrent cases were approved at the same day. I thought it finally came to my turn, it is not - only 140 was approved, but 485 is pending until now.

In Jan. this year, my 485 LUD began to change, which gave me some hope; but nothing happened after that.

Hope TSC will work on our cases soon. Good luck!

A Friend of mine got recetly approved his 485 and his 485 RD was Aug 2003. He was EB2/RIR Case and didn't even receive 2nd FP Notice. What's your PD?

Does it mean they are yet to receive the RFE? Be Careful my friend, they give 90 days and before that, you need to submit the RFE.

Not sure what my PD is

My husband did I 140 Sept 2000 approved May 01
his sent in I 485 for himself Jan 2002 and approved April 2004


As my L2 was due to expire in Aug 03 I came to Florida in July 03 and put in my I 485 Aug 03 just before my L2 expired


Hope this makes sense

Guys (2002 and 2003 485 applicants),

Let's get together and think about contacting prominent AILA lawyers like Murthy or Rajiv Khanna or local senators/congressmen and send our complaints to TSC director about clearing the old 485 backlog.

The old 485 cases are suffering as all of the immigration officers at TSC are working on concurrently filed 140/485 cases in 2004/05.

What really makes me mad is the fact the recorded message at TSC says words to the effect

We have to be fair to all our customers, we process in the date order received

Absolute lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as we all know

Their Stupid system never got updated !!!.

When it comes to immigration ...this what u can expect..
 
I may be wrong!

I have not seen (too many) PDs later than 2002 December getting approved after the retrogression. One or two stray cases may be.
My PD is Mar 2003, I-140 approved in Dec-2004 waiting for I-485. My first labor was filed in May/June 2001 was remanded to state and had to file a new one after 2 years of waiting.

Emotions can kill or help in looking for alternataves.

Any EB3 cases from retrogressed countries been approved lately?

Also, it would be nice if everyone posted their categories in their signature and their country, like I have done in my signature. eg: EB3, India. Thanks!

There's no point in maintaining this thread alive now with the terrible news about no visa numbers available... What's the use?
