I received the World Bank scholarship under a 2-year rule J1 visa in 2004. Instead of going back home in 2005, I applied and got accepted in a PhD program. Since then, I have been in the U.S. working on my PhD.
I plan to go to the U.S. job market next year and want to apply for 2-year rule waiver. Is there anybody or do you know anyone who got the World Bank scholarship (with 2 year rule) and applied successfully for the waiver? Please share your information.
