I got termination letter last before week. I am confused, everyone says we can take unemployment benefits with out any problems. I hope this won't effect any way for any future INS processes like citizenship. pls .reply immediately.
also, i heard this is not a public charge as well this is just tax that we paid that we are eligible for. is this correct.
i must apply asap.
