1-485 Process for F1 Student

I’m married to an F1 student who came to the United State in 2013. In 2014 we got married and I filed form I-30 for her when I was still a permanent residence (green card holder). Her I-30 was approved but the approval notice stated that she is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application. Her case was then forward to the Department of State National Visa Center and they send us a letter that we should wait for an immigrant visa. My question is, I just became a US citizen through naturalization, where can I send the 1-485 form to (USCIS or Department of State National Visa Center)? And on the form part 2 application Type, should I choose option “A”? Any guidance here will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
