green card please help me

I married an american citizen and i got my green card more than a year ago. now we want to divorce each other(i applied for my usa citizenship). Now in my country(india) my parents want me to get married to a family friends daughter.
1)if i get married to her after my divorce here will i still be elligible for usa citizeship.
2)can i marry that girl from india immediately or do i need to wait for some time after my marriage.
3)will the girl whom i married in india allowed to come to usa as soon as i get married or does she have to come in any other visa other than green card holders spouse.

please advice.thanks in advance

If you got your green card 1 yr ago, how are you eligible to file for Citizenship ? If you got your GC thru your spouse, your GC should be conditional(for 2 yrs) which will become invalid if you are divorced from USC.

Getting your Future spouse to US is another story....

goodluck

If your GC is not conditional anymore, then the divorce doesnt impact the citizenship.

But isn't there a 5 yr waiting period after GC to apply for citizenship ?? Be more specific here with your details....

You can marry anytime after your current divorce is finalised.

A US citizen's spouse can apply for US citizenship after 3 years of being on a greencard. That is my understanding.

getgcinfo, please revise your post to make it clearer. Include a complete timeline of your process.
