H1B to Green Card
Hi, i just got married to a US citizen.
My wife lives in a different state than the state I live in. Waiting on her to finish her degree which will be in a year. I would like to start the Green Card process asap, and would like to know if this will be a problem and if we should be living together to start the process. Can I start beforehand? And if so, where should I apply, at my wifes state or the state I live in? and if so, what are the procedure, fees I need to submit? your help is greatly appreciated. thanks
