My employer is looking for few people who want to file their Green Card with approved labour certification. So you can start your next GC stage within week’s time of joining. They want to select candidates within next few weeks. There are few basic but strict requirements.

1) You should join them immediately as their employee. They will no hire someone, if some one just wants them get their GC done and intend to join them as future employee

2) You should be on a project.
I will explain this little bit more if it’s not clear.
It means you should be able to switch your employer without loosing your project. Or you need to have some project in your hand and then join them. They are not offering you any job. You need to have a project in your hand.

3) Your job profile should match with the skill sets listed below.

Company is very supportive and big. It has many offices in India and USA. It might also pay for Green Card processing and H1 filing fees.

A) At least one year experience in developing RDBMS using Oracle/Sybase/MS SQL server.
B) At least one year experience in front end development using PowerBuilder/Visual Basic.
