Where to file?

I have 2 questions and I was hoping somebody on this forum might be able to help:

I recently married a USC and would like to begin the AOS/GC process.

Q1: I live in SC and am still unsure as to where to file all the documents - Charleston (sub-office), Atlanta (district) or TSC? Could anyone please advice?
Also, do I file it all together, or are some applications better submitted in person?

Q2: We might be moving to WA state in 3 months. If I file my application in the South, do I have to move it to WA, and what are the procedures to do so? And in this case, should I do that, or is it wiser to wait and just file it in WA state?

Thanks for your help.

Your I130 / I485 and other related papers should be sent together.

If you move from one state to another you should request a change of address. & your file will be transferred from one office to another.. do keep in mind that it could result in delay in processing of your case. (when to file and where to file is really your call)
