Some help needed
Hello Folks,
I am doing some research about what paperwork I need to submit to process GC for my grandma. Basically, my aunt who is citizen want to process her GC this week and do not know what forms as well which process is the most convenient and fast, the Adjustment of status or consular process. She has been dealing with a "notary" which I believe is out dated since he states that my grandma need to file work authorization when she is on the 80's, and also indicates no need to file for advance parole. Do you have some information you can share about the forms as well the timing for the whole process? You feedback is very much apreciated.
