Want to visit home but on Advance Parole
Want to visit home but on Advance Parole
I need to fly back to Bangladesh soon, Would there be any difficulty in coming back to USA being on valid H1B & Advance Parole and you are having a pending I-140/I-485 application. My friends told me not to travel abroad these days until you are a permanent resident or INS officer can stop you coming back to USA. Is that right?
