Help: H4 Expires for Kids
The H4 Status and the Visa expired Two Months back and in between I have changed the company. can you pleae tell me what to do in this scenario. Can I apply for new H4s for the kids or do they have to go out of country as they were out of status for two months.

You can apply for H4 extensions. But until approval if you can keep the kids in USA it will not cause further complications...
