RFE for H1-B - Please help.

I have received a query from BCIS regarding my H1-B Visa. The queries are :

Please submit evidence showing that you hire individuals with a baccalaurate degree in a specific field of study as a standard minimum requirement for the job offered (Programmer Analyst).

They have also asked for :

1) Detailed Description of the proffered position to include approximate percentages of time for each duty the beneficiary will perform.

2) Documentation of how many other individuals in your establishment are currently, or were employed in this position or similar positions (document with copies of the former employees’ degrees and evidence of employment such as pay stubs or Form W-2s or W-3s.

3)Brief job descriptions for the majority of positions within the petitioner’s employ and approximately how many individuals occupy such positions (to include job titles, duties and education requirements)

For 3, I have a colleague who recently got her H1-B approval from INS. Now the issue is is it enough if i just submit only one person's documents as she is the only employee who is in the IT department.

Can anyone please guide as to what documents should i submit for each of the points above?

Any guidance , advise is highly appreciated in advance.

Regards,

hsood.

Actually for part of 3, you have to show how many more employees (non IT) are there in your level.
Yes, your colleague's information might be sufficient. With IT requirements of the company limited , it can be argued that US citizens /permanent residents do not apply or stay longer...
