Denial of OPT and Applied H1 B
I have graduated in Dec 2002 and applied for my OPT. I got a denial letter in April.
I got a job and the company is ready to do my H1B. I want to change my status to H1 B. What are my chances and How can I do that? Thank You.

Since your OPT is denied you CANNOT WORK till you get the H1B approval.
Do h1b premium, it will cost you 1000 dollars more than the regular processing but you will get H1b in 1 month. Please Check a lawyer regarding your status. Meow
