Green Card:HIB Tranfer with approved labour
I have been offerd a job which requires me to transfer my H1B. I have been told thet they have an approved labour for this job, so my green card can be processed immidiately.
Do i have to stamp the new HI befor filing 1-140/I-485 or it can be done with just HI transfer approval number? How fast can i get my HIB stamped on my passport?

No need to link the H1 approval with the processing of GC. They can go in parallel. See the revalidation tracker to find how long it takes nowadays to find the processing times
