Question H-1B RFE from BCIS (Urgent)

Hi,

I'm currently on F1(OPT) and my consulting company has filed fo rmy H1-B in laster December. They received the RFE from BCIs couple of weeks back asking for any third party contract that shows how many hours i'm reuired to work and pay and lenght of contracts. Also they have asked for contracts between my company and client.

My consulting is having master contract with my client and my P.O (purchase order is renewed monthly) so basically its a month to month thing.
Providing this might work against my H1-B approval.

I don't know what went wrong or was missing in the document. The consulting company in not responding me properly.

I would like to know if anyone faced similar RFE and was is the best way/document to deal with it.

Also if my client is okay wiht my changing to another consulting company and filing new expedite H1-B, is there a possiblity BCIs might ask same thing..or previous H1 application might effect thie new application in any way??

Please share your experience and suggestions if think would help me to deal with this situation.

I would be very thankful.

Pink.

Before you change your consulting company check whether you have any contract/bond with your company.

Previous H1B RFEs should not affect the new one.

Hi,
I also have an RFE for my H1 transfer that we filed in Jan 2003.
They are asking my employer to show the contracts for services, work orders etc and also details about my day-to-day responsibilites, percentage of time i'll spend performing those functions each day.
From my side they're asking for previous employment details,w-2 and last four paystubsfrom most recent employer.

Any info from people who had this kind of problem would be really helpful
