EAD issues with Wife in H1b status
Hi,
Recently I got My Labor cleared and parallely filing my I-140/I-485 together and EAD. My wife is about get her H1B visa in about 2 Months. That Means when I'm filing she's still in H4 and after filing she'll be in H1 B status and does she get the EAD / Green Card or there will be any issues with her H1B status? Thanks in Advance!
