Address change question
Hi,
I am moving from one city to another. In the new city, i may be staying in the hotel, till i get an apartment. The question is.. INS says I have to file AR-11 form within 10 days. This 10 days starts from when? As soon as i moved from old city to Hotel or apartment? Thanks and i appreciate.
