Port Of Entry - Experiences?
I am planning for a trip to India in a month or 2 and have changed the employer after getting GC. But there were 2 to 3 months gap before changing the employer. Will i encounter any issues due to this?
For example, if INS officer asks me "Do you still work for the same company who sponsored your green card?" If my answer is "No" (would be No for sure), what would be the consequences??? Please share your thoughts / suggestions / experiences please Thanks -Mog
