Does any one has any idea if H1B cap is likely to be reached before october?

Whay wait till October ??? I think you can apply 6 months ahead
of the start date. Will save you a lot of head ache if you do.

The question is what if some one has to wait till june to get all documents like in my case? Will there be any H1B visas left?

The number of new h1 visa usage has dropped significantly and the quota limit is not likely to be reached this year. Next year the annual quota reverts to 65,000 visas per year (from the current 195,000 per year)
