SSN question - post GC approval

My (primary app) and my wife's GC were approved recently - I have a couple of questions

1. Do I need to get my SSN card changed - it currently says "valid for work only - with INS authorization."

2. For Wife, do I need to apply for SSN at the Local SSN office?

if your wife does not have a SSN, she cannot have her own
credit cards. Of course, you may not want her to have her
own credit cards.

For TAXES purpose, she can get a tax ID number from IRS.
in the state here, DMV even accet IRS TAX Number for
driver license purpose.
