Visitor's visa for my father

Hi,

Does anyone knows the list of documents to be provided for obtaining a visitor's visa? (for my father)

I was on H1 when he got his visa(first time)....Now, I have a GC. I donno if things are any different if you have a GC.

As far as I remember, this is what we gave last time....can someone please confirm? is there anything else?

Documents from USA
1. Letter to Visa Officer
2. From I-134 (Immigration form signed by the attorney)
3. Employment letter
4. your Passport copy and i -94
5. Copy of your Green Card
5. Pay Check (Latest one)
6. your Bank Statment (Latest one )

Documents from INDIA
7. Your Land (agriculture if any) document.
8. Charted accountant Document
9. Property Evaluation Document
10. Bank Statment (parent's)
11. any other documents like leave , salary certificate etc.

You also need a letter from your bank with the following details.
Date Account Opened.
Amount deposited in 12 months
Current balance.
(This is listed on I-134 instructions).
And you need to send copy of all pages(including blank)from your
passport.
Few websites like www.immihelp.com have information on what
you need to send.
