Moving to Iowa, anyone can give some suggestions?

Hello everyone who has experiences with the NSC or the Des Moines Local INS Office,

My case based on marriage was file in 06/2002, and received EAD and AP 08/2002 in Arizona. Now I am going to move to Iowa, do anyone know how this will affect my case. To which office, the NSC or Des Moines Local Office, will my files be transferred?

I heard that NSC or Des Moines office needs the medical exam form when applying AOS, so do I need to give one to my current Phoenix office, so that they can transfer everything to wherever my files will to go (Phoenix office didn't require medical exam form last year), so that I don't need to travel hours to go to Nebraska to file the medical exam?

If you have experienced the process with NSC or the Des Moines office or you have similar moving experiences, would you please tell me what should I do and what are your advices? Also, if you know the processing time in Iowa, please let me know.

***Basically, I want all my necessary files be transferred once I moved to Iowa, and I want to know where they would go, also, I prefer not to drive 4 hours to the NSC to file just one medical exam form if knowing I could do it with AZ office before I move ***

Thank you very much!
