Citizen's Spouse Green card from H1
Hello All,
My spouse is currently on valid H1. We have applied I130 and I485 two weeks back. Can she quit job after getting receipt of applying for I130 and I485 ? Does she has to maintain H1 status until GC stamping? Can she travel out of country on AP? or has to use H1 and get visa in foreign country? Will the processing of GC get delayed if one travels on AP after applying for GC? How long does it take for processing of GC? Your responses are greatly appreciated. Best Regards
