Applying for green card while on a tourist visa
Hello:
Has any US citizen filed Green Card petitions for your spouse or parents while they were in the US on a tourist visa? If so, will you post your experiences? Specifically, 1. Did you file immediately on arrival? 2. Where there any issues? 3. How long did the process take? Thank you.
