Can I work for other employer???

My employer is unable to place me, and gave the option of searching a job on my own,I have also received Plastic card.

Will It be problem if I work with some other employer?

Will INS come to know about this?

Requesting suggestions.

Try to talk your employer into laying you off
so that the offical record is that you want to
work for them for teh rest of your life but they
force you to leave.
