Query in H4
Hi
I received a query in the H4 petition, My stay expired on Sep 2002 and I applied for extension in November 2002, I need to submit the reason for delay in filing the petition. Please help.....

You need to give the reason. If its a mistake or not aware of the law- you can write that. As long as less than 6 months you will not have serious problems. You may have to go out of the country and stamp the visa. Your lawyer should help you out in the documentation.
