H1B to spouse of E2
I'm currently on H1b and my wife on H4. Our visa will expire this May. My wife will be applying for the E2 visa and I'd be her dependent spouse.
1. When her E2 is approved, which will be my valid visa status? H1b or E2 spouse? 2. Will my H1b still valid? Can I keep working until my H1b validation (while her E2 already approved)? I'd truely appreciate any help. - Sala
