Starting a business while in EAD
I am planning to start a samall hospitality related business. My wife and I have EAD and awaiting the GC later this year.
I would like to know 1. If my wife can run the new business with me just being the investor during the period when we are awaiting our GC. 2. What sort of people I need to consult (like Immigration Attorneys / CPA's etc.) to get legal & business info? 3. Are we eligible to apply for business finaces ? 4. This is going to be 4-5 employee organization, what sort of company I need to register (Like Sole Proprietorship or S corp or LLC) 5. Once I get my GC, can I run the business ? I will greatly appreciate if any of you can help me.
