Starting A Company
Hi
I would like to request some advice from the forum. I am presently in 485 stage and crossed 180 days limit. Recently, my company laid me off. ( Or I can say, it stopped paying me, took me away from their payroll). I and my wife hace EAD. Can I start a company on my wife's name and work on it and support my self using AC21 rule. Thanks in advance for your input |
