Can we apply for EAD and AP on I-130
If spouse of a green card holder is already in US on a H1b, can we apply for EAD and AP along with I-130 for follow-to-join.
I am hearing contradictory statements about this issue on this fourm. Thanks in Advance.

Manav,
You cannot apply for an EAD or an AP with an I 130 pending in this case. The I 130 needs to be approved. I am not sure on the Follow to join scenairo. You can always check out the INS Website for that. Hope that helps. Sachin
