Scenario Question
My fiancee is visiting US on a Visitor Visa (or a business visa).
I am a green card, if I get married to her when she is visiting, what do I need to ensure that she is able to stay legally. Please advise.

You as a PR can sponcer her for permanent residence the only problem with that is that your I130 petition will take approx 4-5 years to be approved. In this case your finacee will be out of status and will thus be subject to a 10 year ban and even deportation charges.
You fiance can come to the US on her own status F-1 or H1-B. Hope this helps. Also If your fiance is visiting the US with an intent to marry you. She is committing visa fraud.!
