EAD Renewal in Atlanta Local Office
My EAD expires in april 2003. I want to apply for renewal of my EAD. Can anyone answer my following questions:
What form should I send? How long does in take for EAD renewal? How much in advance do I have to apply? Thanks in advance.

Here is what you need.
What form should I send? 1. Form I 765 (along with the necessary fee) (http://www.ins.usdoj.gov/graphics/fo...orms/i-765.htm) How long does in take for EAD renewal? 2. EAD renewal takes between 30-90 days. How much in advance do I have to apply? 3. You should generally apply 3-4 months before your EAD expires. hope this helps.
