DS-230 (Immi. Visa Application Processing Fee bill
DS-230 (Immi. Visa Application Processing Fee bill)
I applied for my brother in 1988. Now in June I submitted DS-230 with required amount. Would you tell me where I have to submit I-864 (india or US)? Immg. cashed the check in june. My brother did not get any call from Consular Office in India. Do you have an idea how long will it take this procedure. Thank in advance

The procedure might be different for Immediate Relative vs. brother, but in dealing with NVC for my wife, I first received a packet and fee for I-864, followed by a separate packet and fee for DS-230. Both packets were submitted to NVC.
Where did you mail the DS-230 and the fees, to NVC or or India? If NVC, call them at 603-334-0700 and find out how to initiate the I-864 process. omer
