stamping chances for F-1 to H-1
i came to USA in F-1 Aug 2001,i got job in aug2002 ..i got my H-1.but still continuing my masters degree as part time(i am already Masters degree holder in india).i thought of going to india in december 2002.but i haven't finished the degree yet.i heard that my stamping chances are 50% only(i may be rejected as Potential immigrant)please give info.that is it possible to get stamping in india?or i must wait until i finish the degree?
