Before and after marriage name
One of my friend who is US citizen got married to girl in India. He put her before marriage name in I-130 application. When her passport was applied, it was applied in after marriage name. Her interview will be scheduled in 3-4 months (I am not sure, how long, he got some papers from NVC to provide address where he wants I guess other papers to come). But his dilemma is name mismatch could be a problem?? Is it better to correct it now? Any inputs??
He might provide more information, when he has access to machine and register to this site Monday. Thanks.
