H1 visa pending ,Got RFE, Missed Wife's H 4 since last 4 month
I have applied for new H1B visa to VSC, RD-22 April 02. My OPT expired in JUNE 02. Got RFE on 09/22/02 regarding Company profile and Business & Job classification. Some how We missed To apply for wife's H4 with my petition.
