H4 working???? is it safe
my neighbours wife who is on H4 is working illegally at a restaurent, guess is INS get to know then they will be deported, they have been doing such kind of illegal act for quite a sometime
anyone know about the conciquences if they are caught

Conseuences will be pretty bad if you are caught. Hopefully being on H1, you are earning to support your family. So why should she work at a restaurant. Especially it is not something you could put on a resume. If she is bored, she could try volunteering, go to school ...
