Starting a business before I-485 approval
I came on H-1B with my wife on H-4B. We filed for I-485 back in November 2001. We got our EAD in March and now waiting for I-485 approval. Our finger printer happened in April 2002.
Can I start a consulting business (S-Corp) while still working for my employer who filed for my GC? If not, Can my wife (since she also has her EAD) start a consulting business? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
