Employer - H1 processing questions
Hi,
I have a small consulting business and am considering hiring an employee that would require me to process an H-1. I currently have only 2 other employees. Are there any employer pre-requisites regarding company size, financials etc., that the INS considers for such cases? The potential employee is also looking for GC sponsorship - are there any pre-requisities for sponsoring GC? Thanks.
