Transportation letter
Hi, does anyone on this forum have any experience with a transportation letter. Basically, i am posting for my relative who lost his GC and has an expired I551 stamp on his passport, he is contemplating going to the consulate with his A# and requesting a transportation letter to travel back to the US.
He has been outside US for more than 8months continously. Any pointers will be helpful.
