When citizen is not citizen?
citizen does not always mean citizens. Otherwise
A very old GC holder can not buy a ticket for senior citizens. I saw an AD at my township police station for a free "Citizen Police Academy". I wonder if I can join without the risk having to answer Yes to "Have you ever falsely claim to be a citizen" on the N-400 form.
