18 USC 911
Due to coincidence, you will probably never forget the
Section Number (911) of this code: (I don't know if a non-citizen who falsely and willfully represent himself to be a USA citizen outside the USA to non-USA authorities can be prosecuted by the USA if he/she come to the USA). TITLE 18 - CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE PART I - CRIMES CHAPTER 43 - FALSE PERSONATION Sec. 911. - Citizen of the United States Whoever falsely and willfully represents himself to be a citizen of the United States shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both Last edited by AmericanWannabe; 10th August 2002 at 07:02 PM.
