Wrong information on INS Receipt
Hello
My wife who is a US citizen recently filed the I-130 petition for me. I just got the receipt notice back today. It has the usual information, like my name , address, WAC# etc. Under Section they have written: Section: Husband or wife of permanent resident, 203(a)(2)(A) INA This is incorrect. My wife is a US citizen so that particular section shouldnt even apply to me. Has anyone else had this problem. What should I do? How easy is it to fix this? thanks
