I-130 Probelm
My Wife got the I-130 approval under F-1 category through her father.Now her marital status is changed to married and the catgory will become F-3.
When and to whom should we inform about the change of category(F1 to F3)?? or do we need to start the whole process again by filing a new I-130 under F-3 category.can anyone please suggest me about this. Thanks in advance

my 2 cents trought
You should write a letter to the INS to inform this issue. If
you do so, your priority retrogress three years. You may check out the visa bulletin at: http://www.immigration.com/newsletter/2002-05.html hope this help
