Divorce during 485 Process.
Hi, I filed for 485 1yr back as a dependent and I currently have EAD until Mid 2010. My husband and I are planning to go through divorce shortly. Is my 485application valid after divorce?.
After Divorce Can I stay in US on EAD ?. Thanks in advance and appreciate any help.
