I-485 rejected beacuse of waiver
Hi friends I had j1 visa then got married with us citizen and got EAD and travel document in Dec08. I was interviewed by IO in feb09 and my waiver wasnt done yet so they gave some time but in july uscis declined my application and canceled my EAD and advance parole. Today i saw DOS did "favourable recommendation" on my case. What should i do now?
Can we reopen case or i have to apply again? and i need to travel to back home for emergency? how long it takes to get GC? Please help!
