Seattle Interview Experience

Had our (hubby's and mine) N400 interview on Sept 15th. Went there about an hour early, and waited in the waiting room with about 30-40 other people. The officers were coming out from all directions of the room and calling for people's names, so it was confusing and unclear at times. Wish they had a display system with the names. After about an hour of our appt, my husband was called in, and then after about 10 minutes I was called in.

I was asked to swear that I will tell the truth. The officer asked for my driver's license, green card and Indian passport. Then she went over all the lines in the application. Asked about the fine amount of the ticket I had received 3 years ago. But didnt ask for documentation, though I had taken a court certified disposition record.

After that I was asked the civics qns - answered the first 6 correctly, and also passed the English reading/writing sentence - Where is the White House? Ans: White House is in Washington D. C.

Oath for both of scheduled for 2pm on Sept 22. My folks are here, so hope to pick up our daughter from school early, and head to the ceremony on time.
