2nd fingerprinting
hello everyone,

I got mail monday for my finger printing(code 1), I have done one back in Jan 2008(code 3). anyone else in the same boat.

Me 2... got one today. Mine is code 3 though.... Rest of my family did'nt get it...... Are you using your EAD or still on H1B?

Status: CERTIFIED(checked online on Mar 26 2007..may have been certified earlier)

No, I do have EAD but I am not using a EAD and I have no H1 I applied under LIFE act 245(i) EB Based, my 2nd finger printing(code1) is done on Sept. 22, 09 since then no UPDATE on my file last update is JULY 22, 2009. dont know what is going on.
